Getting a lot of Spam email from ServiceNow community

Hello - for the last few weeks I've been getting a lot of spam from the ServiceNow community (community-no-reply@servicenow.com).  Most of it is in a language other than English and a lot of it is non-ServiceNow product related; for example, a user's experience using a weight loss drug.  Is this getting fixed?  I can't block them, I want the legitimate emails to appear.
