There is a banner on the sn developer site that says: Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.
It's been like that for a few days now.
Should I just give up and release this instance?
This keeps happening to me.
This is quite a frustrating platform to work on.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@staticCrash A lot of users have reported the similar issues on community within last few days. If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one.
Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @staticCrash
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community almost from last 4 -5 days about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Good Morning,
I'm happy you PDI is back up.
Mine was not. I just released it back into the wild, and requested a new one. 🙂
