KM: Can additional authors be added to the knowledge article?

Hi, hope someone can help with this requirement.

 

We have received an ask from some teams in our environment to give the edit access to an additional set of people apart from the original author and ownership group to edit/make changes to the article after it has been published. Is this feasible? If so, how can it be achieved?

Hello @shivali2

There can only be one Author for one Knowledge Article.

for your use case, this can be managed with user criteria 

Adding the set of users in Can Contribute of Knowledge Article and Knowledge Base will give them option to edit and article
