Need to download attachment from PDI.

Can anyone please help me out to resolve below scenario?
 
Scenario - If Agent A shared an attachment via PDI to Agent B. How can Agent B download it on his/her system?

Hi @bharatbansode 

Agent 2 , can open incident in SN and click on attachment, it will open and then download.

@bharatbansode Right click on the attachment and copy the Link address. Share the copied link to anyone who has access to the instance and they will be able to download the attachment.
