Hi,
My Personal Developer Instance (dev405477) is stuck in hibernation. When I click Wake Instance, it loads briefly and then immediately returns to Hibernating.
The Developer Portal also displays an infrastructure issue banner and an internal error when attempting to wake the instance.
I also cannot Release Instance because it fails with an error.
Could you please reset or release my PDI so I can request a new instance?
Thank you.

Hi @Tonooryan
Refer: Incident: Developer Site Restored and PDI Availability Issues
Since Yesterday morning , community members also reported the same.
Wait for some time. At some certain interval Refresh the instance from developer portal.
Do not worry. It would be working as before.
Wait for some times. From Developer portal Keep refreshing .
There is no support available for PDI .

Hi @Tonooryan,
You will need to wait for when it starts to Wake up. If you release your instance, you may have to wait for a while until you get a new one. So wait until this issue gets rectified by ServiceNow Team as highlighted in article shared below:
