Privacy Management – Overview Tab and Criticality Score Section Blank on Processing Activity

Hi Community,
We’re noticing an issue in Privacy Management with Processing Activity records:
• The Overview tab is completely blank
• On the Details tab, the Criticality Score section is also not displaying any data
This is occurring consistently across records.
What could be the possible reasons for this behavior?
Could it be related to:
• Missing or inactive Privacy Management configuration
• Role or ACL restrictions
• Incomplete risk/assessment setup
• Required flows, properties, or plugins not enabled
If anyone has encountered this before or can point to specific configurations or dependencies that control these sections, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
