Hi there,

 

Not sure if this is the right place, so please let me know if there's a better board for this. I’m fairly new to ServiceNow, and my organization is aiming to tighten security for employees calling the service desk for things like password resets, MFA resets, etc. Essentially, we want to implement an identity verification process for all inbound support calls.

From what I see, there doesn’t seem to be much out-of-the-box for this in ServiceNow. I’ve come across a few small add-ons and one larger solution that might work, but I’m curious if anyone else has tackled this. Has anyone implemented a similar setup or found a product that meets this need? Or maybe even built something custom?

We need to be able to use Okta, but also other MFA in the future, then add things like SMS, TOTP, standard data like Employee number, manager information etc. Process needs to be able to change per user and/or operation needed (eg. password reset more proofings needed/printer problem could be much lower.)

Anyone having experience with that?

That is FastPass IVM, however I was looking to find other alternatives as I think building something similar in SN is a huge task. Anyone seen something similar?
