I am unable to move past this task in the training.
I have followed the steps exactly as given but keep getting task failure.
I attempted it as a System Admin and as Platform User.
I attempted on multiple web browsers.
I terminated my instance and opened a new one.
Other Notes: I am also unable to actually submit a new Problem, and I notice that the Priority does not update when I change impact and urgency. The instance is also very slow and unresponsive at times.
Please advise and thank you!

Hi @motherleaf1,
Have you been able to resolve this?
A couple of things I've noticed:
- Looking at your screenshot, you're adding a work note which is not a requirement of the task.
- You shouldn't submit the Problem record, you need to save it (see step 3 of the instructions). It might seem strange to begin with but there is a difference!
Make sure to fully read the instructions, take your time, and only do what is asked.

Hello. Thank you so much, but I did take my time and follow the instructions exactly the first ten times I attempted this exercise 🙂 I only added the work note as a final attempt to match the image in the task example and I only tried using the Submit button after saving failed. I just did the exercise again twice, once as a Platform User and once as a System Admin. I followed the instructions exactly. As a platform user I can at least complete the instructions but I still get a task failed error in the course. When I attempted the task as System Admin, clicking save in the form context menu caused the system to pause and freeze for several minutes before the page eventually timed out and gave a Your Search Timed Out error. Hopefully the screenshots below can help with diagnosing the issue. I also added a screenshot from the Inspect tool of an error in the Console Tab that might be useful.

Did you perform this for step 1:
1. Open the problem from Platform view (not SOW).
Right-click on the header and select “Create Favorite.”
2. Pick any icon and color, then click “Done.”

3. The favorite won’t appear immediately — reload the page, and it should show up.

Hi , Thank you. Yes I did perform this step (as a platform user) and was able to see my favorite that I created. I am still unable to validate task.
