Task Validation is geeting failed

Hi!

I am appearing for micro certification after welcome to servicenow.  In Assessment Simulator Task 3 - Create and Comment on a Record, I had done including post a comment. but still at the validation it is giving error "Did you Post a comment"? can somebody help?

With the requirements listed above, can you confirm you set all details of the incident to match the requirement (or post a screenshot of your incident you created) including an Additional Comment with the exact comment - The software group is investigating similar incidents and will respond when they have a resolution.

Have you create new incident using all mentioned details? Also after added and posted the comment have you save that incident record properly? If not please follow all those steps again.

Hi Shikha,

 

I assume your issue has been resolved since it’s been a while since you asked this question. I recently encountered the same problem, and it turned out to be because we were still creating the incident under the impersonated user. To fix this, you need to end the impersonation create a new incident and ensure the comment is posted as customer visible. I hope this helps!
