Hello community, I am taking the Welcome to ServiceNow course - but I perform the tasks and some of them do not validate their execution. So I can't finish this course and add it to my resume. Any suggestions?

please verify that you inserted all the values correctly and last but not least, whether it was not supposed to be created under some user impersonated (e.g. platform_user)

The main reason for the failure could be:
👉 Are you using the correct user during the import or task execution?

No need to worry — you're doing great! 🙌
You've completed 63% of the lab, and the target is 80% to get the voucher.

Just try again by carefully following the correct instructions.

And if it didn't help you are at 91 %, which is already enough to complete the lab. So you can just skip this step if it is just a problem of the validation...
