How many mobile apps does ServiceNow offer?

With the Madrid release, ServiceNow offered the first native mobile app: Mobile Agent.

In the New York release, we expanded our offerings to include two new apps: Now Mobile, and Mobile Onboarding. Check out our short overview video below to see the features of each app.

 

How do I get started with the Now Mobile app?

Yes, you can access a demo right in the app after you download it.

Just click the TRY WITH A DEMO ACCOUNT link, click the Launch Demo button, and you're in!

What can I configure in the Now Mobile app?

Users with the admin role can configure the following features in the app:

Quick actions

You can add shortcuts, called quick actions, to applet launcher pages in the Now Mobile app. See how in our video below:
