Hi All -
I would like to share our troubleshooting experience when our authentication failed and show a blank screen in the "Edge" browser after adding the Mobile app (NOW &Agent App) with intune application.
Recently we have added our mobile application into MAM - Application - ( Microsoft Intune application). After we added our application with intune and tried to log in. but the authentication got failed in the "Edge" browser. browser. The page becomes blank and no action or redirection happened from this page. when we try to kill this application and try to log in, we still see the Mobile app keeps spinning.
We tried with Intune configuration setting, and we found the below parameter values should be appended to the existing Default Value.
Now mobile app - "snempappauth" and for agent Mobile - "snappauth"
For example:
skype;app-settings;calshow;itms;itmss;itms-apps;itms-appss;itms-services;snappauth;snempappauth;
Once this is configured, remove the app from the mobile app and reinstall the app. Pls, configure the application as per your settings.
Now you can see your authentication works and directs to the homepage after your Authapp authentications.
Regards,
Psylo

Hi, Psylo
Thank you for a valuable information!!
I have the same problem that you did, and found this article.
But I don't know where I should fill in the strings "snappauth;snempappauth;"
Could you share screenshots that shows the input area??
Best regards,

you MDM Administrator know this path. give this reference to him,

Hi, Paul
Thank you for your quick reply!!
We solved iOS Mobile Authentication issue with "Edge" Browser thanks to your information.
However, I am faced with other problem which is the long loading time of Android Mobile Authentication "Edge" Browser.
The loading time from instance select to app launcher page of mobile app.
- Android
・Now Mobile - Intune:110 sec.
・ServiceNow Agent - Intune:100 sec.
- iOS
・Now Mobile - Intune:5 sec.
・ServiceNow Agent - Intune:15 sec.
Have you ever been faced this problem?? If you have any idea to solve the problem, please tell me them.
Regards,
Daichi

Glad that you have solved your issue!
I would recommend you update your android App from the play store and clear the cookies once on the browser. Try again once, you see some good difference.
Also, refer to 23 & 26 points, it may give you some insights.

Thank you for sharing your idea and the article which is so useful!!
Unfortunately, the loading speed was not improved after clear the cookies (the version has been the latest one, 14.5.0).
I have to track the API logs while I read the article you shared.
