I have a question regarding the configuration of the main navigation menu in the ServiceNow Mobile App.
Is it possible to add a direct link to a Catalog Item or Record Producer in the main menu displayed on the mobile app home screen (similar to the buttons like Home, Services, Information, Notifications, etc.)?
I know users can add items to Favorites, which can appear in the main navigation area. However, this is not the approach I’m looking for.
The requirement is to add the link directly to the menu configuration, so that the Catalog Item or Record Producer is available there by default for all users.
Is there a recommended way to configure or customize this menu in the mobile app?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
