Hi everyone,
On the classic UI, we have a UI action on the Incident form/context menu that redirects users to the Standard Change Catalog (com.glideapp.servicecatalog_category_view.do) and links the newly created standard change back to the incident.
How can we achieve this or replicate a similar workflow on the ServiceNow Mobile App ? Does Mobile App Builder support launching a catalog item or a URL screen function that passes the current Incident sys_id to link the standard change?
Any guidance, UI/Function workarounds, or best practices would be greatly appreciated!"
