Announcements in Now Mobile application

Hello Everyone,

One of my clients requirement is to show case announcement widgets on Now mobile application like any service portal.

1. How this can be possible on Now mobile application ?

2. And how to show the announcements based on user criteria ?

Has anyone configured such things, any pointers will be highly appreciated.

Id love more verbose instructions, ive tried something similar from another post and havent been able to get it working.
