We are experiencing an issue with the Now Mobile application (version 22.1.0) on Android devices.
We have the following scenario:
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G – the user is unable to access Now Mobile.
Samsung Galaxy A36 – the user is able to access Now Mobile successfully.
Both devices are fully updated and running the latest available software.
Both devices are using the same Now Mobile version: 22.1.0.
Both users have the required permissions/roles to access Now Mobile.
On the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, the application asks the user to request permission from an administrator, even though the user has the required permissions.
On the Samsung Galaxy A36, access works normally.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Now Mobile 22.1.0 specifically on the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G?
Could this be related to an Android/Samsung-specific issue, browser/WebView configuration, authentication flow, or a compatibility issue with the A54 5G?
