It seems that OOB, when an incident is closed from the Mobile Agent app, it does not fill out the Closed By or Closed fields on INC, which are required fields. I can't seem to figure out how to make this happen.

Hi Daniel,
Typically an Incident is Resolved and then moved to Closed x days later by the system. Are you able to share how your agents are closing Incidents from the Mobile Agent App?

OK, I've been trying to figure this out for hours now...and just realized I'm an idiot. Somehow I got onto the thought that even though they close 6 days later, those close fields still get filled out at resolution. I just checked out system and looks like I was wrong.
