Support tab now showing any data Nowmobile

Hi team

Could you please assist me on Nowmobile app, where in I can not see any data in Support tab in launcher tab. Whe I click Support tab nothing displaying though in Mobile app builder I can see it has popular topics etc like in ESC.

Please help.
