Auto-populate dependent fields in Agent mobile app on selection of values in a reference field

I've created & mapped fields in agent mobile app. On selection of Configuration item, the fields Node name& Module are getting auto-populated in desktop version. The same functionality is not working in mobile app though after submitting incident, the values are getting displayed correctly but not when I select them on creation form.

Context selected is Global and not Record.
