Cannot log into Now Agent App after upgrading to Orlando from New York. Error message: "the instance you are trying to connect to does not support this mobile app"

I have installed ServiceNow Agent on my Android mobile.  Getting the following error message when I gave instance address and clicked on Save and Login.

Error message: " The instance you are trying to connect to does not support this mobile app. Contact your administrator ".

I have installed the plugin "com.sn_itsm_mobile" on the instance I'm going to configure before I install the ServiceNow Agent on my mobile.

Somebody help me to resolve this issue.

I got this error while trying to do the lab. 

 

The url I gave originally was https://devxxxx.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fhome.do%3F and then I changed it to https://devxxxxx.service-now.com, and it worked.
