PDI ISSUE

I am facing an issue with my PDI. The instance went offline and showing a message "Instance Offline: Recovery may take long. You can wait, or release it now to request a new one."

And My instance last used: Last used: 9 days 3 hours ago

I am afraid that if I did not get my instance online and can't login, do I lost my instance?

Hi @ChiranjeeviN216

I faced the same Instance offline issue post multiple refresh on Monday with the following error:

“Bad Request
This combination of host and port requires TLS.”

Several people has faced same issue this week. If your instance is not reclaimed for 10 days inactivity , in that case , for sure ,you will not face any Data Loss.

Since I needed the instance urgently, I released the existing instance through the Developer Portal and requested a new one. I received the new instance within about 2 minutes.

If you’re okay with waiting, you can wait another 1–2 days or possibly longer ( you already have waited for 9 days)  and keep refreshing/checking the Developer Portal. Hopefully, your instance will come back online.

Alternatively, if you don’t have any important work or data in your offline PDI, you can follow the same process I did and release the existing instance and request a new one.

Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any support available for PDI.

I am concerned about my instance status. It has been offline since the last recorded usage (approximately 14 days ago) and has not come back online. Could you please confirm whether the instance is still recoverable or if it has been lost/decommissioned?

My instance has been offline for the past few days, preventing me from accessing it to create a backup. During this time, I received automated emails warning that the instance would be deleted unless action was taken.

Surprisingly my instance never came up. And I lost my instance.

the only option is to logout and login again and nothing much can be done here
