I understand ServiceNow has a native mobile app both for Android and iOS, while this is good, there isn't any way to customize the logo once the user logs in via the app. I understand that at mobile app icon level we cannot change it since its hosted on playstore or apple store. but there should be a way we can change the logo to show our company logo once we are into the app.
I know that this is a very old post buy maybe someone ended here while looking for a way to add a logo (like me).
As said before it's not possible to add a native logo but you can add a media applet and set it as the first to display (by setting order field to 1 or min value of all section's order).
Result is almost the same as modern app with sticky header that reduce on scoll
