I'm encountering an issue with the ServiceNow mobile app where certain fields' data is not displaying on the list screen for specific users. I'm seeking assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue.

Description: In our ServiceNow mobile app, we have a list screen and a corresponding detail view page. While all data is visible in the detail view page, we're facing a peculiar problem on the list screen. Specifically, for a few fields, the data is not showing up, but only for certain users. Despite comparing and modifying user roles, the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to the ServiceNow mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the pending approval list screen where the issue is occurring.
  3. Observe that certain fields' data is not displayed for specific users.
  4. Compare with other users' experiences to confirm that the issue is user-specific.

Additional Information:

  • We've thoroughly checked and compared user roles and permissions but haven't found any discrepancies that could explain the issue.
  • This problem is consistent across multiple users' accounts, suggesting it's not an isolated incident.
  • The affected fields' data is correctly displayed in the detail view page, indicating that the data is accessible and retrievable.
  • In web its working fine and showing the requestor field others as well.
