Enabling AI Search in Now Mobile?

Hi Team,

We are enabling ai search on now mobile,we need this feature only to get enabled on now mobile not on portal

I have following doubts as below

enabling on mobile needs enablement of plugin  I have below questions

1. com.sn_hr_service_portal :To enable the AI Search capability to search for people and customers, ensure that you have the ESC plugin [com.sn_hr_service_portal] installed. 

Q1: people and customers refer here to user table?

2.if we enable this plugin does it impact normal search in portal and global search ? we need ai search to get enabled only on now mobile devices.

No, you have to enable it individually on each portal: 

We used AI search on mobile first, and have since introduced it to one portal, but are still waiting to introduce it to the rest. We are not using the people search source, but yes it looks for the user table.
