Fingerprint in Now App

Hi All,

Whether fingerprint feature is available in Now App?

I can see finger print option in the security tab of Now App. But not able to enable it

Currently it's not available to change the timeout for the pin/fingerprint. It's by default set to 5mins, We already have an dea open in the portal if you want to upvote it https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=view_idea&sysparm_idea_id=5b50c0eddb7e08981cd8a345ca96...

maybe ServiceNow will give us the option to configure it on our own in future releases

Hmm interesting, i was able to enable it just fine. You are on NY latest patch version right?

Hi Biji, To enable the finger print password. You should first set your mobile fingerprint password. And then enable app pin inside the application. After that you can able to enable the unlock with finger print sensor option. Regards Avinash Devadass

It was an issue in my phone.. Thanks for responding... Currently the idle time for finger print is 5 mins.Can we change the idle time to 10 mins?
