Genius card actions are not showing up in Ai search now mobile App?

Hi I have enabled AI search following below doc

How ever when i searched I don't find genius card action on results

 

I have added items in genius card search configuration,am I missing any step?find_real_file.png

Hi @Liyakhat ,

AI search doesn't works for PDIs.

Even if you have enabled AI search, it will get installed but won't work for PDIs.

I recommend confirming that Genius Results are configured properly for AI Search. If you have the Advanced Management Tools for AI Search store app installed, try using the same profile that you are using in NOW mobile and executing a few queries in Search Preview. 

 

This will allow you to narrow down to where the issue may be taking place. If no Genius Results appear, try doing exact matches on the title of catalog items as a starting point. 

 

It is not immediately apparent that there is anything wrong with the configuration you shared or the steps you provided.
