How to add a logo to the Mobile Agent

Does anyone have instructions on how to add a logo to the top of the Now mobile agent?

I have seen a few posts here, but they are all for older versions that don't work anymore. I was able to apply a theme just fine, but I have not figured out how to add a logo.
