How to determine if an Incident/RITM was submitted via Now Mobile (versus a portal)

We would like to be able to have a different source value on an Incident or RITM to indicate that it was submitted via the Now Mobile app versus a Portal. Is there a way to determine which method was used? Example code would help if you have it!

Hi Graham,
As far as I am aware, OOB there is not feature. However, this is where we need to make use of Contact Type field and set value as Mobile App or Portal, etc.
