I have another concern regarding the Mobile Agent App. Is there a way to display catalog item variables within the app, so they can be edit when user need to reassign to different team?
Currently, when the support team assigns an SCTask to the IT A group and closes it, the manager receives the task, assigns it to an IT B fulfiller, and then closes it. This entire workflow needs to be completed within the Mobile Agent App so users can perform all actions directly from an iPhone.
The issue is that, on the Mobile Agent App, the Catalog Task does not display the same variables that are visible on the RITM, nor does it allow those variables to be edited. I have attached a screenshot of the Catalog Task for reference.
