I want data in report that how many people download the mobile app 

Is that possible? if yes hen how to create that

You cannot determine the number of downloads from data within ServiceNow.

You can count the number of people using a mobile device through the User Experience Analytics dashboard.

Or a quick way is to count the number of users in the Push Notification Installation table, though you'll need to pay attention to the Last Registered Date.
