Now Agent Mobile Offline mode not workig after the offline button is enabled in NOW Agent mobile App

Requirement is to enable NOW Agent offline mode for the following tables - 

  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Change
  • Knowledge

Steps taken so far - 

1. Plugin Installed - SG Offline support plugin (com.glide.sg.offline)

2. Navigate to All > System Mobile > Mobile App Builder .The Mobile App Builder opens in a new browser tab and displays the application scope selection screen

3. Search for the application scope you are working in and then select the name of the application scope.

4. Select Mobile app configs, and then select the mobile app record you wish to configure offline mode in.
5. Under Mobile push application, select which app type the offline scheduled download should be associated with .Under Settings, toggle Offline enabled.Select Save.(Steps from Documentation)
 
Can someone suggest whats missing ? Because I can see the Offline toggle bar under settings in NOWAgent App but once its enable no data is getting displayed.

I have followed all the steps as given in the document. But still I am not able to see anything in the offline mode. Is there any supporting docs?
