How to preconfigure instance name in branded Now Mobile app to simplify end-user install

We are testing a branded version of Now Mobile.

I want to simplify initial setup for the end-user, so that they do not need to enter the instance name when first logging in after download the app.  I'll have a QR code in the install instructions, but it'd be nice if the user didn't have to do anything.

Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

not much sure how better to make this user experience. If you are using in tune, this is going to be a one-time, the user needs to configure this information. You can create QR to scan to log in for the first time. Also, check the below link, it may give you how to make this QR more effectively,

Thanks.

From my experience, all that is needed is a QR code for the word <instancename>.

Did you ever solve this? We're in the process of rolling out a public distributed app, and it's simply not feasible to expect users to manually input the instance name. In many cases, they might not even be aware of it.
