I am not able to login to the Now Mobile or Agent App with my PDI URL

I am not able to login to the Now Mobile or Agent App with my PDI URL https://dev117607.service-now.com/.

It redirects to the login page and after putting the credentials, it throws the error 'Error Logging In.'

Can anyone help with this please?

Create a local User and give admin access and set an easy password and try once to log in. If still having the Error. Try to take a backup of the instance and log a case with Support.

Hi Paul Thanks for replying. I tried the same but it didn't work in my case. My instance is already a restored one.

you Said it is PDI right, Try to reset the Password from the Developer Portal and try. Else, you need to raise a case on your instance with the support Team.
