I am unable to see my navigation tabs in Agent mobile; it just displays the notification and settings tabs. However, if I impersonate another user, I am able to see my navigation tabs, even though I have all the roles necessary to access the app. If you know how to resolve this problem, kindly assist.

Hi @Shiv Dixit ,
The native mobile application screen layout is made up of Applet launcher, Applets, Quick Actions etc. In the navigation bar when you click any option it opens up an Applet or Applet launcher. Applet launcher serves as a landing page that consists of a bunch of Applets, UI Sections, Quick action, and header. The applet is basically a configurable screen i.e. Form, List, Calendar, etc.
To control and re-sequence the navbar items you need to navigate to System Mobile > Navigation Bar. Open the relevant app and in the Navigation tab related list you will find all the nav menu items. You can change the order to re-arrange items. Item after 4th will be added into more options.
If you are using OOB workflows provided by ServiceNow like ITSM Mobile, FSM Mobile etc. then you will have that beautiful landing page and quick actions avilable. However, if you have your custom app then you need to create them.

I've already set up navigation tabs, Applet launchers, and Applets, but I can't see them on my mobile agent app. However, if I impersonate another user, I can see the navigation tabs and everything else that I've set up.

Please check the access and compare it with the user whom you are impersonating with.

I have already verified that I have every role that the impersonating user has, and I even have more roles than he does, yet I still cannot see my app. What else can I check, kindly?
