Entire Application is not getting displayed on ServiceNow Mobile Agent mobile app

Hi All,
Till yesterday I was able to see all my applets in my now agent mobile app but suddenly it isn't showing any applet launcher/applet on mobile application though all the applets are in active state.
Please help me with this as it is urgent. I only see notification and setting on my mobile screen (in now agent app).

1. Please check if you are on correct instance.
2. Is it about now mobile or agent mobile?
3. Have you made any developments to OOB applets/applet launchers?

Hey Deepika,
I would suggest to check the configurations for the Navigation Bar for the Agent app.
Type Navigation Bar in Filter Navigator in Platform.
Then System Mobile => Navigation Bar => Mobile Agent. You should have your tabs configured here (for you the tabs should be different/same based on your configurations) if they are not here any more then you need to configure them again here.
Also note that once you configure the tabs again, re-login is must to see the configured tabs in mobile.

Hi Deepika,
As Kumar mentioned, i would double check to make sure your navigation tab is associated to your Mobile Agent client.
