iOS Mobile ServiceNow Agent app is slow, keyboard doesn't show, or doesn't accept keyboard entry

I downloaded the iOS ServiceNow Agent app. When I try to login on an instance (Zurich) that has the ITSM plugin installed, the login takes a long time (30-40 seconds) to be displayed. When I have the password filled with the iOS Password app, because if I don't, when I type on the keyboard, nothing is displayed on the login screen.

 

 Yes, I have the latest version of ServiceNow Agent.

Yes, I have the latest iOS version 26.4

Yes, iPhone 17

Yes, I have unstalled and reinstalled the ServiceNow Agent app.

 

I use the same userid and password that I use when I work on a PC.

Hi @Armin Heinlein,

 

After upgrading to iOS 26.2, the login page inside Now Mobile and Mobile Agent become extremely slow/unresponsive and may fail to accept credentials few users are facing the same issues as you mentioned.

 

Please wait for workaround and once the issue gets resolution, it works as usual.
