Link from Now Mobile to Now Agent Record opens Agent but fails to load the record

Hi everyone, I’m working on a custom URL-type function button in Now Mobile that should deep-link into the same record inside the Now Agent app. The deep link successfully launches Now Agent, but the record does not load and I get the message: “Error loading URL”.

This action is triggered from a button inside a card within a list (not from a Record Screen). The table is wm_order (Work Order).

I came across your community post regarding deep linking from Now Mobile to the Now Agent app. I am currently working on a similar requirement where we need to generate a deep link that redirects agents to a specific record in the Now Agent mobile app from a WhatsApp notification when an approval is triggered.

I understand that you are already working on deep linking into Now Agent, so I wanted to check if you could share how you generated the deep link or any guidance on constructing a working deep link that opens a record directly in the Now Agent app.
