Merging Now Mobile and Mobile Agent... how feasible?

Hello ServiceNow community,

 

My company currently has the Now Mobile app built out where users can open tickets, open/view requests, access knowledge articles, etc. Very employee focused, which I understand is the main point of the app.

 

We are wanting to develop an app for fulfillers to approve requests/changes/etc, view group incidents, access all active incidents, manage assets, etc. A lot of this stuff has been built out in the Mobile Agent app because we see that is the app geared towards fulfillers, but what is stopping us from migrating the fulfiller features we have in Agent over to Now, so that there is one app? With the correct permissions configured, why not just have one app? 

 

Likewise, is there any insight on if ServiceNow is going to maintain multiple apps? Is there a risk that any of these are deprecated in the foreseeable future?
