Hello folks,
I am looking for some insights from people that are currently working on with Now Mobile or Agent Mobile regarding the Authentication process.
Is it technically feasible to override the local password login screen on the mobile applications if you have set up SSO authentication? like on the web version (instance)? Does it work in the same way?
I've seen some documentation like https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-mobile/page/administer/tablet-mobile-ui/concept/mobile-au... but the real-life experience is always much better regarding limitations and difficulties.
Thanks in advance!

From my experience the user is redirected to the normal login web page to authenticate. Therefore SSO would redirect him to the normal SSO login page.

Hi Sebastiam thank you for your answer, yeah i was looking for an answer like that!
I assumed since mobile apps from Snow supports all sorts of MDM techniques that this would be the case so i was looking for a confirmation.

So if anyone looking for clarity, the SSO authentication method is the same as the web instance one. If you have the SSO enabled in your normal web instance then its automatically deployed to the mobile application, as well.
