Missing icons on certain mobiles, using the Service Now Agent app

Hi Can anyone advise why on certain of the Service Now Agent apps under activity Stream 3 icons are missing see image below for mobile device 2.

Hi Sharne,

the user is different on the second device, try it there with the first one and see if it works. If yes, then probably the second one is missing some permissions.

Thanks I tested the 2nd device with my details and the icons show on both now will have a look and see what permissions are missing

@Ivan Betev  - All our internal employees are able to see all icons but our Vendors using the app do not where do i start to know which permission they may require as i have compared it to 1 of our internal engineers and their profiles are almost identical.

try to start in "sys_attachment" table ACLs.
