Catalog item image is not visible in Now app

 Hi All,

I am facing an issue in Now app, where most of the item images are missing in mobile view of Now app .If we are open the item, images are visible,only issue with list view in app.  The "Mobile Picture type" option in item is mentioned as Desktop.

I tried to change to Mobile and added the same image here also..Still not visible in Mobile view. Any suggestions.

I think for form view it should work. not sure for the list view

Is it working for form and not working for list view? can you add screenshots here?

This is the image from Now app. I have uploaded the image in Picture field in item.It is working for form view in mobile but not working for list view.

Hi saranyavs,

This was a known bug on our end that item view images on Now Mobile weren't populating on the client. Please update your client from iOS / Google Play store to latest version and see if it fixes the issue.

Also make sure the item view JSON is using out-of-the-box config. (Was anything changed?)

If not -- please open a PRB for a technical support engineer to take a closer look at your instance.
