Missing icons on certain mobiles, using the Service Now Agent app

Hi Can anyone advise why on certain of the Service Now Agent apps under activity Stream 3 icons are missing see image below for mobile device 2.

Is this issue fixed? I am also facing the same issue and if it is fixed could you help me with the fix that has been applied.
