Hi
Does anyone know of a way to have email functionality from the mobile agent app?
Currently when using the app an agent can only update a case using the notes. There is no email option which restricts there communication options.
I see there is a way to add an email button which then triggers the local mail app on the mobile device like outlook, but this has draw backs in that it does not include the CC'd recipients in the email or the previous conversations from the activity thread. The email also does not come from the correct address which can confuse the client.
I've love to know if anyone has implemented a solution for this.
