I need assistance in understanding why the function isn’t displaying on the details screen of an incident.
As shown in the screenshots below, this is a URL function that should direct users to the MS Teams meeting when they click the button. Currently, the button is not visible at all. Instead, when users tap on an incident in the preview screen, they are taken directly to the MS Teams link to join, which isn’t the intended behavior. There should be a button in the details tab for users to click to join the MS Teams meeting.
