Mobile Agent App login page even though we have SSO

Hi All,

We are working to configure our Mobile Agent application for ITSM.  I've noticed that even though we have SSO with ADFS, when logging into an instance on the mobile app it redirects to a login page.

We have to manually select Login with SSO and then type our username

Looking for guidance on where to check settings as I would expect to just get logged in, same as I do when using the website.

@saidweintraub , Have you found the cause or a solution? We have the same experience, but just for one Google phone though. Rest of our users on iPhone or Samsung seem fine.
