Mobile app on one instance go to the login screen but my other two instances work fine via SSO

I downloaded the Now Mobile.

I added my DEV TEST and PROD instances.

When I connect to DEV or PROD it brings up my 365 account which I select then enter my password and it connects fine.

But when connecting to my TEST instance, it jumps right to the 'Login Screen' where I try to log in and it fails.

It's as if the TEST instance isn't allowed on the Mobile app.

I can connect to all three instances fine via the WEB using SSO in my work environment.

Any settings I should check that would prevent this mobile app from working with my TEST instance?

I also checked numerous settings like sys_properties.list / glide.authenticate.external which is set to false on all three instances.  Many of the glide.authenticate.* properties on all 3 instances are identical as I compared.  Not sure what else to check / change that is disabling this instance on the Mobile app.
