Mobile App Push Notification Not Firing

Hi Developers,

 

I have configured an Agent Mobile App Push Nofication to fire up when a case is created. Please review my configurations below and advise.

 

  1. Push Message Content

Hi @Kamva ,

First, please go to System Logs > Push Notifications. Check if it is fired or not. If it is not showing on the mobile agent app, then go to the mobile agent app settings, go to preferences, then go to notifications, and enable it if it is disabled.

I have been keeping my eye on the logs, absolutely nothing created today out of the logs.

On configuring mobile agent app I can't do at moment because doesn't allow me to login, I just wish to ensure I can be get the notifications firing (seeing logs) as of now
