I'm attempting to access our instance "ServiceNow Agent" mobile app.
It was working last time i accessed, Janurary/February 2022.
Now i'm getting an error that "Safari cannot open the page because it could not connect to the server."
Has anyone encountered this and know the solution?
I've tried to find an answer, but not having any luck.

Hello EricG,
let's get it straight you open ServiceNow Agent app, add your instance, select it and get the Safari popup?
Does your Phone have some connection issues? Is the instance available from computer? Do you have SSO setup in place?
Screenshots would also help.
Regards, Ivan

No, I'm not having internet connection issues with my phone. I had someone else try, same error.
Yes - the instances are available to the computer (PROD, TEST and DEV). No issue there.
I've seen some UTUBE and other google searches that state to clear web cache, reset network settings, hard start the iPhone, etc.. Those didn't work as well.
Yes we have SSO set up for PROD and TEST as well as Azure AD (multiple IDP's) for DEV.
I've added screenshots of phone desktop, app login menu, and error when you select environment.

Upon further investigations, this appears to have something to do with "Intune" and locked down security.
as I'm getting routed to my dev environment (Instance.service-now.com.mcas.ms url) and followed by
"Access to ServiceNow is Monitored" error.

Hey there,
It's super frustrating when your iPhone or iPad can't connect to Wi-Fi! Let's see if we can get you back online.
First, try the simple stuff. Restart your iPhone or iPad. Sometimes a quick reboot can clear up minor glitches. Also, make sure your Wi-Fi router is turned on and that you're entering the correct password.
If that doesn't work, try forgetting the network and then rejoining it. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap on your network name, and then tap "Forget This Network." Then, try connecting again.
As a last resort, you can try resetting your network settings. This will erase all your Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections, so make sure to write them down if you need them! Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you are facing the issue after trying these solution, you can follow for more details instruction below.
