Recently, I made some modifications to the out-of-the-box Now Mobile App for a client, and I wanted to share the changes I implemented. Specifically, I updated the headings of the Quick Links section and changed the "Request IT Assistance" option to "Conference Room / Equipment." Now, when users click on "Conference Room / Equipment," it opens the Create Incident form. I also made some adjustments to this form, including adding a new field labeled "Conference Room Location."
Currently, I’m looking to make further enhancements to this form, but I’m having difficulty recalling how I initially made those changes. I’ve navigated through various sections of the Mobile App Builder for the Now Mobile app, including applet launchers, screens, and functions, but I can't seem to retrace my steps.
