For work order tasks, say an agent goes to a work location to complete a task, I am wondering if one can create a QR code within the now mobile agent to be scanned in order to verify the agent and the task they are there to carry out?
Hey @OgochukwuN - There is no native capability for generating QR codes in ServiceNow. I've seen people build custom solutions to accomplish this with some effort. For a plug-and-play solution, Yansa Labs has a Barcode & QR Code Generator app available on the ServiceNow Store. It includes a Service Portal widget that can be used to render a QR Code for mobile use on the app.
